About Us
ABACUS VERIFICATION (PTY) LTD is an independent Broad Based BEE Verification Company established in 2007 . Our BEE verification is an easy to understand process to establish the BEE status of Companies, Close Corporations and other economic entities in compliance with the BEE Act and the BEE Codes of Good Practice. We have offices throughout Southern Africa with competent analists in each area to conduct BEE verification in a cost effective and transparent process.
It is important to us that clients buy into the BEE verifcation process from owner and top managment first. We will provide an independent, impartial opinion through the assessment, verification and validation of both disclosed and undisclosed BEE information. The principles outlined in the Broad Based Codes of Good Practice (BBBEE Act) will be applied or where relevant the respective BEE industry charter.
Attitude towards Clients
It is our goal to provide services to our clients in an open and transparent manner. Time frames for deliverables of reports and promises will be met by our staff. We do extensive BEE planning prior to engaging a Clients BEE verification to ensure that sufficient resources are available to adhere to the commited time scales.
Delivering on these promises assists us in achieving open relationships with clients. All employees and analists partake in a continuous training program, consisting of formal training, in house training and bi-annual assessment. We also guarantee confidentiality in all dealings with clients and of all information provided.
Accreditation
ABACUS VERIFICATION (PTY) LTD has been accredited by SANAS in terms of the R 47-02 standard and is a full member of ABVA. Make sure that your BEE Certificate is acknowledged by your Client by ensuring that it is obtained from an accredited BEE Verification Agent.
